Randolph Tracy has lived in the Rocky Mountain West most of his life, although he did try life in New York City for a while. It didn’t work for him. He has set foot on the Appalachian Trail, the Continental Divide Trail, the Ute Mountain Indian Trail, the Oregon Trail, and Packsaddle Ben Greenough’s trail. He lives in an abandoned prospector’s shack, above timberline, with his pet marmot, Rasputin.
