The Tale of Sable Badger
by Gwendolyn Gunn
Life is simple in Badger’s Haven. Every Badger has their job, and Sable Badger’s job is to defend his home from anything that threatens it. Sable Badger has failed at that job. With his people dead at the hands of shining golden Elves that descended from the stars, Sable Badger must chase after them into the void, seek his vengeance, and bring honor to all the dead left behind. But vengeance cannot be found without help, so friends must be made. And maybe those friends can help mend the holes in his heart. And maybe there is greater purpose than revenge. And maybe this burning rage deep within can be controlled, if not sated.
